General privacy terms and conditions for enrollment of The English Square's courses

1. When students register or enroll in the online TEFL course or OET Course, they will need to provide certain data such as their contact details, educational qualifications and demographic information. The English Square will store this data and use it to contact students, track students’ progress and track coupon codes used.
2. The English Square may also use the above data to aggregate user profiles and provide students with communications. Representatives of The English Square will not pass any personal data onto anyone outside of The English Square or its affiliates.
3. To enable The English Square to monitor and improve its services, The English Square’s websites gather certain aggregated information about students, including details of their operating system, browser version, domain name and IP address, the URL students came from and go to and the parts of the websites students visit.
4. The English Square uses information such as students’ User ID, session identifiers and passwords to enable The English Square to identify whether students are using its services, assist with the provision of services and to ensure that students have access to relevant products.
5. The English Square’s courses may link to third party websites such as Google Adwords and we are not responsible for their data policies or procedures or their content.
